Cole County Abstract & Title Co. was founded in 1921 and houses the only Title Plant in Cole County.

Our Title Plant is complete from 1821 to present. The Title Plant consists of all real estate records from 1821, which are indexed geographically, as well as, a computer index of all Circuit Court cases, Federal and State tax liens, all Real Estate tax records, index of special tax bills, all recorded subdivision plats and a full set of aerial photographs for the County of Cole.

Cole County Abstract & Title Co. up-dates abstracts, and  perpares letter reports (record information reports), as well as writing Title Insurance for the following National underwriters:
